Friday Night Bites continues from where Some Girls Bite ends. Merit is adjusting to her new life as a vampire and Sentinel of the Cadogan House.I must admit that when I finished the first book, I ran to the bookstore to get the next book. This book did not have the same kind of hook that the first had. The pacing was a little slower, although the action picked up towards the end. I enjoyed the book; it was fun to read. I really liked the characters and their development. There was a nice tension between Merit and Ethan. I look forward to reading the next book in the series.
